Many of our students transition into a new career path before the end of coaching programs. For those who transition early, we will continue to coach you on career development through the remainder of this program. Your success will depend upon your specific circumstances and daily effort!
Our coaching program graduates are very successful and excited about their new careers! We have a 100% success rate with those who follow our process to the “T” and consistently implement our trainings, strategies, and provided resources.
As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for our coaching programs. Our qualification process is essential for ensuring a match prior to invitation into our programs.
Unlimited! You will have unlimited email access with your coach every day of the week during normal business hours. In addition to 1:1 coaching sessions you will also receive assignments and communication from your coach in between each session along with 24/7 access to our Slack community of other women in our programs.
Submit an application for support and one of our team members will be in touch with you in less than 24 hours. If your application is approved, you will be directed to schedule a Zoom consultation to discuss our process and determine a fit based on your eligibility for our support. From there, if you are accepted into our programs, we’ll get started as soon as your enrollment is confirmed!

Her 10+ years of experience spans across recruiting, human resources, resume writing, personal branding, holistic career counseling, salary negotiation training, spiritual life coaching, and much more!

While we can’t guarantee job offers, what we can guarantee is that all of our students will be fully equipped and prepared with everything they need to successfully advance and pivot their careers at any age and stage of life by the end of our programs.
